Volunteers -Port Talbot Passion - Open Day - National Theatre Wales is holding an open on the 9th September at the Seaside Social and Labour Club on Dalton Road for the community and arts organisations of Port Talbot and we would love for you to join us. Come and join us at 11 am to hear Michael Sheen explain the vision for the event or pop in any time between 10 am and 8 pm to watch a video of Michael, get more info, and meet the team.
In memory of 'Behold the Man', the bi-annual Passion Play at Margam Park which had such an impact on the young Michael Seen, Michael will return to crate and lead an epic contemporary reinvention, celebrating the town he remains so devoted to. Over three days at Easter in April 2011 National Theatre Wales will partner with the Cornish company Wildworks to re-stage the Port Talbot Passion Play as a non-stop outdoor theatrical spectacle with the entire town of Port Talbot as the cast and set.
