Beth y gallaf ei wneud?
Ni waeth beth yw eich oedran, eich diddordebau neu gefndir, a allwch chi ymrwymo’n rheolaidd neu’n achlysurol, mae’n debygol y bydd rhywbeth sy’n addas i chi. Mae cyfleoedd i wirfoddoli mewn amrywiaeth eang o safleoedd er enghraifft yn yr awyr agored, mewn canolfannau cymunedol neu gartrefi gofal, swyddfeydd neu eich cartref eich hun a gallwch gymryd rhan mewn llawer o wahanol weithgareddau fel codi arian, chwaraeon, cyfeillio, gwaith gweinyddol, neu gymorth a chefnogaeth ymarferol i blant, pobl ifanc neu bobl hyn.
Mae’r hyn a wnewch fel gwirfoddolwr yn dibynnu ar yr hyn yr hoffech ei gyflawni. Mae gan bawb reswm personol am wirfoddoli a dylech ddewis rhywbeth a fydd yn eich helpu i gyrraedd eich nod personol.
Un o’r ffyrdd gorau i gael gwybod am wirfoddoli yw clywed gan y gwirfoddolwyr eu hunain. Gallwch ddarllen am brofiadau gwirfoddolwyr go iawn yng Nghymru gan glicio ar y dolenni ar yr ochr dde o'r dudalen hon. Byddwn yn ychwanegu at y rhain dros yr ychydig fisoedd nesaf.
