The retail division of the British Heart Foundation began operating in 1986 and a rapid expansion has brought the total number of shops to over 600 across the UK. We currently have a volunteer position as a Telephonist/Bookings Clerk.

Are you comfortable in talking to the general public?  Can you show compassion to those that may be grieving?  Could you ask for and record accurate information?  Would you like to monitor our collections and deliveries over the telephone?
