Providing donor care: sending out event materials contacting supporters encouraging and enabling increased support from donors indentifying supporter case studies updating records PR pre-event, on the day and post-event, press releases and photo calls organising pre-Coffee Morning donor care events promoting event across the local area, meeting planned deadlines identifying marketing opportunities and new potential supporters doing talks to supporters in the run up to the event or on the day recruiting and supervising other volunteers liaising with local dignitaries' offices to arrange attendance on the day attending Coffee Morning events on the day
