The Wallich currently has the following volunteering opportunity available: The Wallich has been providing accommodation and support services for homeless people for over 30 years, starting with a 20-bed Hostel in Cardiff and expanding to a multi-project agency working in fifteen local authorities in Wales

Come and work with our team of wardens on a mixture of habitats carrying out tasks such as fencing, gate hanging, stock gathering, winter scrub clearance and monitoring

Volunteers will contact victims of crime and provide information about Triage, what has happened to the young person after the offence and then offer a restorative intervention for the harm caused

Vision Support particularly welcome applicants with a personal experience of a vision impairment.  The role is vital to the effective governance of the Charity and, although a considerable commitment, it can be immensely rewarding.
