To collect in home/community boxes 2-4 times per year

Suggested tasks:
• visit people with MS in hospital, residential care or who are isolated at home (as requested)
• provide emotional support (a listening ear) to people you visit
• adhere to health and safety guidelines on lone working
• identify any problem areas for the individual or family visited and refer to the lead support volunteer
