The British Red Cross are looking for Volunteers to fill the following role:-  Facilitating a range of training solutions to meet the identified needs of groups to enable them to meet agreed national standards Displaying the ability to devise/administer assessments to Nationally agreed criteria as required Participation in the training team to enable students to achieve their required outcomes Displaying a flexibility of approach by providing solutions to students’ learning/assessment needs To be responsible for the maintenance and hygiene of any equipment necessary for training sessions  Maintaining such paperwork as required to enable students to progress towards relevant qualifications To maintain the validity of such qualifications as are required in accordance with organisational guidelines To attend regular developmental sessions as may be provided to enable continuing personal development To follow agreed health and safety instructions and ensure learners safety as far as is reasonably practicable  To keep up to date with developments and changes in practice, policies and procedures in their chosen subject area  To uphold the Fundamental Principles of the Red cross and Red Crescent Movement and to work within the Society’s equal opportunities policy
