The role will involve: co-ordinating annual collections sourcing venues for collections and securing permissions recruiting new collection volunteers issuing up to date fundraising materials and collection merchandise to volunteers and committees maintenance of volunteer and collection records (using database and excel spreadsheets) thanking collectors and informing them of how much was raised by them individually and for larger collections, how much was raised in total The public collections volunteer role would involve taking part in annual and one-off collections, outside superstores, town centres etc
