Guide Dogs empower blind and partially sighted people with the ability to get around. This is vital in order for them to lead a full life. To do this we rely on the support of the public to fund our services.

Volunteers will help with the running of the local fundraising branches.  They support them in whatever way they can.  This may include store and street collections, charity fayres and organised events such as:

•  10k/15k races
• golf days
• concerts
• coffee mornings
• summer shows and;
• flagship events.

We are flexible with a 'come and help out when you can' culture rather than making people feel they have to help all the time.
