Youth Club Worker

The role of the Volunteer will be to: Help the other youth club workers in delivering activites to young people aged 11-16 at Pelenna Youth Club such as Arts and Craft, Pool, Snooker and Table Tennis, workshops on Sexual Health/Drugs Awareness, Trips to other youth projects in the area

Breast Cancer Care is the UK’s leading provider of information, practical assistance and emotional support for anyone affected by breast cancer.

A personal experience of breast cancer is essential for some of our roles but not all.

To be a Breast Cancer Care volunteer you must be willing to go through a selection process and follow our training programme. If you have personal experience of breast cancer you must be at least 18 months post diagnosis.

Once trained you will be part of a local volunteer network which meets regularly to support one another and share good practice.
