Volunteers aged 16 + (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult) are needed by this organisation which provides specialist search dogs and handlers to search for missing vulnerable people.
. Volunteers hide from the Rescue Dogs, usually lying down in a hillside or forest within South Wales. Ideally volunteers should have experience of hill walking and mountain climbing, and a love of dogs. Volunteering can take place for hours at a time in all weathers, so a willingness to endure these conditions with good humour is essential. Training sessions normally take place at weekends throughout the year. Commitment is flexible. Expenses not paid.
