For example at the athletics track this may involve assisting them at the start of a race, or indoors showing them how to undertake one of the circuit training activities

The Parkinsons Disease Society is the leading UK Charity dedicated to supporting people with Parkinsons, their families and carers. Across the UK there are over 330 local Branches and Support Groups, run by Volunteers

The South Powys Branch hold monthly meetings in Talgarth on a Wednesday afternoon, and currently have a weekly Craft and exercise class on Friday mornings.

They are urgently seeking volunteers to join the Branch Committee, including various Officer roles. They also require volunteers to assist with awareness raising and fundraising.
